NOTE: The below is applicable for display cars ONLY. Any vehicles outside of the ‘allowed’ types will be asked to park in the designated carparks (ie not for display). We cannot accept vehicles that do not qualify.

Festival of Speed display car exhibits terms & conditions of participation.

• By attending, all participants are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Participants in the ‘Track Parade’ and ‘Speed Session’ Events are subject to a Zero-Alcohol policy. Participants must comply with a Breathalyser test before their event. If the participant refuses to comply, they will be refused entry to their event.
• The organisers have the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed unsuitable. (see guide below)
• The organisers have the right to ask any participant to leave the venue should their behaviour (including driving) be considered dangerous or in a manner which may bring the event, venue or any associated entity into disrepute.
• Participants authorise the organisers to photograph, film or record and reproduce in any medium the vehicles participating, and acknowledge that the organisers have the free and unrestricted right of use of these.
• Promotion by participants of businesses or events in any manner at Festival of Speed may only take place with the express permission of the organisers.
• The venue is a No Smoking venue and participants are expected to adhere to this.
• The organisers reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Non modified, original Australian production cars pre 1987
• JDM specific cars (see below)

CARS NOT SUITED:

• Heavily modified or customised cars
• Modern everyday cars (ie Audi A4, BMW 3 series, Golf etc)
• Modified and Australian cars manufactured after 1987
• All Falcons after model XF
• All Commodores (including HSV) after model VL

NOTE: Modified cars are those that have non standard options to the model when released new ie wheels, paint colours, decals, spoilers and the like. Replicas are accepted if unrecognisable as a replica – we do not check ID plates to confirm. ie a Lamborghini Countach, AC Cobra or Torana SLR replica would be accepted if completed to a high standard and would pass as the ‘real thing’ upon entry.
