NOTE: The below is applicable for CARS & COFFEE display cars and TRACK LAPS cars only. 

Cars & Coffee – Any vehicles outside of the ‘allowed’ types will be asked to park in the designated carparks (ie not for display). 
Track Laps – Registered vehicles will be subject to the same T&Cs. Should your vehicle not be suitable or your category is already full, we will issue you a full refund.

CARS NOT SUITED:

• Modern everyday cars (ie Audi A4, BMW 3 series, Golf, Camry, Commdore/Falcon, Accord etc)
• All Falcons after model XF
• All Commodores after model VL

Festival of Speed display car exhibits terms & conditions of participation.

• By attending, all participants are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Participants in the ‘Track Laps’ event are subject to a Zero-Alcohol policy. Participants must comply with a Breathalyser test before their event. If the participant refuses to comply, they will be refused entry to their event.
• The organisers have the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed unsuitable. (see guide below)
• The organisers have the right to ask any participant to leave the venue should their behaviour (including driving) be considered dangerous or in a manner which may bring the event, venue or any associated entity into disrepute.
• Participants authorise the organisers to photograph, film or record and reproduce in any medium the vehicles participating, and acknowledge that the organisers have the free and unrestricted right of use of these.
• Promotion by participants of businesses or events in any manner at Festival of Speed may only take place with the express permission of the organisers.
• The venue is a No Smoking venue and participants are expected to adhere to this.
• The organisers reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time.
